Citybox Brussels Centre Louise - Saint-Gilles

I had a great stay at Citybox. The location was fantastic, with easy access to trams and close proximity to restaurants and shops. The self check-in and check-out process was streamlined and efficient, and I appreciated the luggage storage option after checking out. The room was simple yet functional, with ample power sockets and comfortable bedding.

I had a total blackout in my room for 16 hours-no lights, no heating, and I couldn't even charge my phone. They promised to switch my room but never did, and no one apologized. It was frustrating!

Man, these beds were like sleeping on clouds! The self-check-in was dope. I like bein' in charge of my own schedule. The bathroom was tight, but real clean, you know? But overall, it was a solid stay.
